Exstreamer: The Exstreamer is provided with a special firmware of IT GmbH. It transforms MP3-streams and corresponding controlcommands at LAN into audio-signals.

Instreamer: The Instreamer transforms audio-signals of a device (e. g. CD-player) in a MP3-stream and sends it to the connected LAN. Hince the Instreamer has the reverse working direction of an Extremer. You only need an Instreamer, if you want to integrate an audio-device into the control.

PCMCIA Serial I/O
