Important for customers, which have obtained a server box with service pack 2 from us and work with Elvis 2.7 and want to update to 2.7.731 or higher: the falcon 2.0 don’t run any more with XP service pack 2 (32 bit). It is necessary, to update to xp service pack 3.

Because of on the serverboxes runs a xp-embedded operating system, a windows update is unfortunately complicate. The problem is, that while updating a existing system will be completely overwritten. All configurations would be thereby away.

We offer an update for the relevant server boxes. There are fees for this service. Please contact our sales department, before sending us a server box.

You can recognise, which service pack is installed on your computer by this way:

Click Start and then click Run. In the Open box type “winver” and then click OK.

The version number is displayed in the About Windows box.
