Symptoms

After reinstalling IT Tools for ETS3 the symbols in the Toolbar are displayed gray (disabled) or do not work any more.

Cause

The cause is that ETS3 writes the settings of each user into the workspace. ETS does not recognize the changes after reinstallation of an Add-in.

Solution

  1. Select the ETS menu command Extras->Add-Ins...
  2. Clear the check boxes of the relevant Add-Ins.
  3. Set the check boxes again.
